It is also a device which can control micro level climate and depending on the weather or the public demand, it can create fog, cloud, rain or sun shine effect. / Este globo gigante es una intervención urbana que flota sobre el paisaje funcionando como un gran hito que sirve para anunciar eventos. Así mismo, es un dispositivo de control del microclima, que dependiendo del tiempo atmosférico o de los deseos del ciudadano, puede generar niebla, nubes, lluvia o el efecto del brillo del sol.
