PLEXUS, GABRIEL DAWE
This installation is made by taking sewing thread and generating an architectural structure with it. Scale and material are reversed to create a new construction which no longer shelters the material needs of the body, but instead creates something which is symbolic of the nonphysical structures humanity needs to survive as a species.
Esta instalación está hecha a partir de hilo de coser generando una estructura arquitectónica. La escala y el material pasan a ser otra cosa al configurar una nueva construcción que no sirve para cubrir el cuerpo humano, sino que crea un espacio simbólico de las estructuras que no son físicas y que el ser humano necesita para vivir como especie.
